Sunday, 6/8/25 Picking Update: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST

Berry conditions in our back field for our Strawberry Festival attendees are VERY GOOD. This field is only accessible by hayride which is included in your Festival admission. We are excited for the final day of our Strawberry Festival!

After a busy week of picking, our picking only field will be CLOSED to allow additional berries to ripen. The ONLY option for berry picking in South Brunswick will be with Strawberry Festival admission. We will scout the fields again on Sunday evening and make a determination for Monday, 6/9.

If you are looking for picking only – or just to visit a different location- we would recommend making the trip to our VonThun Farms, Washington NJ location in Warren County where berry picking conditions are EXCELLENT!

There will be food trucks, our Beer Barn, and activities & hayrides in Washington as well!

Strawberry Picking: Daily, 10 am - 5 pm
No reservations required for strawberry picking! Visit the farm any day of the week during the strawberry season to pick your own. Please refer to our picking policies below for pricing and other information. It is always recommended to check our FB Page or call the farm before coming out to pick to confirm crop availability: (732) 329 - 8656. We hope to open with strawberry picking until around the middle or June.

U-Pick Policies
- Anyone age 3 and over needs to purchase a field admission ($3) or festival admission to enter the strawberry fields.
- Anyone age 3 and over entering the strawberry fields must purchase a picking container or be accounted for in a four-person bucket.
- Strawberry prices: $6/ pint, $9/ quart, $27/ bucket
- Bucket can be shared among up to four people for picking.
- No eating in the fields.
- Strawberry fields close one hour before our farm market closes.
- Pets, including Emotional Support Animals, are NOT permitted at either of our farm locations. Service animals covered by the ADA will be allowed entry.
